What it is

Forefoot and Toe Correction

Hammertoes and claw toes are lesser toes bent at the middle joint from tendon imbalance, often alongside a bunion.
The bent knuckle rubs in shoes and develops a painful corn. Crossover toes drift over or under their neighbor.Correction straightens the toe by releasing or lengthening tendons, removing a small piece of bone at the bent joint, and holding it with a pin or small implant.
