Hurt Today? Call Today.

We strive to offer same-day appointments for acute orthopedic injuries: a fall, a pop, a dislocated joint, or a fracture splinted in an emergency room. One number reaches both clinics. Tell the front desk what happened and they will find the first opening with the right surgeon. This is not an urgent care. It is a direct line to a fellowship-trained surgeon when an injury should not wait weeks.

Authorizations and Referrals

Many plans require prior authorization for MRI, surgery and some injections. Our team requests these for you and will tell you if your plan needs anything from your primary care physician.Authorization can take a few days to two weeks depending on the carrier. We schedule surgery dates around that timeline so you are not left waiting without a plan.

Bills and Payment

You will typically receive a bill from the practice for the visit or surgery and, for surgery, separate bills from the facility and the anesthesia group. We can explain each one.Copays are due at the visit. For larger balances we offer payment arrangements. Call our billing team with any question about a statement; an unexplained bill is a problem we want to hear about.
