Hurt Today? Call Today.

We strive to offer same-day appointments for acute orthopedic injuries: a fall, a pop, a dislocated joint, or a fracture splinted in an emergency room. One number reaches both clinics. Tell the front desk what happened and they will find the first opening with the right surgeon. This is not an urgent care. It is a direct line to a fellowship-trained surgeon when an injury should not wait weeks.

How to Use These Protocols

Rehabilitation Protocols

Your post-operative sheet carries a QR code that opens this page.Find the protocol that matches your surgery, open it, and share it with your physical therapist at the first visit. Each protocol is a general guide written by your surgeon. Your own plan may differ based on what was found and repaired in surgery; when the two disagree, follow the instructions you were given at discharge.

For Physical Therapists

We work with physical therapy offices throughout Utah County and welcome you to use these protocols directly.Milestones are criteria-based: progress a patient when they meet the criteria, not when the calendar says so.Questions about a specific patient go to the operating surgeon through the clinic line. We send operative notes with every referral and will update a protocol whenever a repair calls for it.
