Dr. Peterson earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science and an MBA at Brigham Young University, then his medical degree at Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale in 2005.He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at OhioHealth Doctors Hospital in Columbus in 2010 and a hand surgery fellowship at UMass Chan Medical School in 2011.He is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery with a Certificate of Added Qualification in surgery of the hand, earned in 2016.
